This notice covers the Vahlett waitlist, not the future wallet app.

Who looks after your information?

What we collect

Your email address, whether you are interested as a person, business or partner, your signup and confirmation dates, and the wording you agreed to. We may also record campaign tags and the referring website's hostname to understand how people find us.

Why we collect it

To confirm your email, manage the waitlist and send Vahlett early-access and launch updates you asked for. We do not sell the waitlist.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and database and provides the Turnstile security check. Resend delivers confirmation emails. These providers may process information outside South Africa under their own infrastructure and service arrangements.

Turnstile uses technical browser and network information to check for abuse. The server also uses your IP address for a short-lived, one-way rate-limit identifier. The application does not store your raw IP address in its waitlist database. Hosting providers may retain their own service logs.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and website usage. It uses cookies and collects information such as page views, referring websites and browser and device details. Google may process this information outside South Africa. You can block analytics cookies using your browser settings. Waitlist signup details are not sent as analytics events.

Your choices

Signing up is optional. You must confirm your email before it is marked as confirmed. Use the opt-out link in your waitlist email to unsubscribe. We keep an unsubscribed record to avoid sending further waitlist updates.

To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist records for early-access and launch communications. You can ask us to delete your record using the contact details above. Unsubscribing stops updates but does not delete your record.

What this site does not ask for

Wallet recovery phrases, private keys, bank details or payments. Do not send those to us when joining the waitlist.
